Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30 days before the trek start date: Refund will be processed after deducting 10% as cancellation charges.
• Cancellation between 29 and 21 days before the trek start date: Refund will be processed after deducting 50% as cancellation charges.
• Cancellation within 20 days prior to the trek start date or no show: No refund or voucher will be issued.
• If you registered using a voucher: The above cancellation policy applies. Any remaining balance after cancellation charges will stay credited to your account. If the voucher has expired at the time of cancellation, no refund, voucher, or extension will be provided.
